  A masked robber who stabbed a shopkeeper in revenge when he tried to protect his family business by battering him with a lottery sign has been jailed for more than nine years. Suntharalingham Socklingham grabbed the advertising board when David Smith, 21, and two 14 year olds burst into the shop in Carr Road, Walthamstow, east London, demanding cash. The masked raiders all drew knives and Mr Socklingham was stabbed in the chest, puncturing his lung, on April 17….
