Life sentence for the killer plasterer

A Polish plasterer who knifed an elderly bricklayer to death because he wanted to sleep on his building site was jailed for life. Dawid Wycik, 28, stabbed drinking friend Czeslaw ‘Chester’ Swiatkowski, 67, to death with a kitchen knife in Hackney, east London, on January 24.
