Manic moped rider jailed

A moped rider who drove at a police officer on Tower Bridge as terrified pedestrians leapt out the way has been jailed for eight months. Ricardo de Jesus, 20, was spotted by a police helicopter driving with a friend into a carpark near Spa Road, Bermondsey, south London on a scooter.
