  A McDonald’s manager saved a teenage knife victim’s life as he lay bleeding on the restaurant floor, a court heard. Jerlando Watson fled inside the fast food shop in Camberwell, southeast London, after he was stabbed in the thigh by Joses Springer, 18, in July last year.
