Met officer ‘stroked woman’s leg and kissed her’

A Met Police officer accused of stroking a woman’s leg and kissing her without her consent appeared in court today. PC Tom Devine, 32, attached to the Met Operations Roads and Transport unit, allegedly assaulted the complainant in north London while off-duty on 9 April last year.
