A meze mogul’s restaurant carried on serving food from a filthy cockroach infested kitchen for months after ignoring the local council’s concerns, a court heard today. Celebrated Turkish chef Huseyin Ozer’s Mayfair restaurant Sofra was crawling with infection spreading German cockroaches.
