Mining bosses accused of paying bribes after huge SFO investigation
Two mining company bosses bribed agents of the government of Sierra Leone for mineral rights, a court heard. Ariel Armon, 54, David Hossie, 58 and Clare Rhodes, 52, allegedly conspired to make payments to ministers and public officials. Hossie was the CEO of London Mining PLC, Rhodes was the chief financial officer and Armon was the agent for the company, Westminster magistrates court heard.
