Mining giant BHP battles dam compensation claims

Mining giant BHP are attempting to have the thousands of compensation claims in the Samarco dam failure case thrown out by the High Court. Law firm Pogust Goodhead have allegedly brought claims on behalf of people that they have no authority to represent and who have not been told that they must pay damages and costs.
