Mosque leader ‘said violence was ‘religious obligation’

A mosque leader who lost two sons to the war in Syria has appeared in court accused of encouraging terrorism. Abu Bakr Deghayes, 53, was arrested in Brighton following an investigation by counter-terror officers and local police relating to Islamist terrorism.
