Mosquitos in Belgian prisons should bar traffickers’ extradition

Three Afghan nationals accused of trafficking thousands of migrants into the UK should not be extradited to Belgium because there are mosquitos in prison there, a court heard. Ziarmal Khan, 25, along with Saifur Rahman Ahmedzai, 24, and Zeeshan Bangash, 20, were arrested in Britain after a Belgian judge jailed them in their absence last year.
