MP’s diary to be used in evidence
A Tory MP accused of sexually assaulting a House of Commons worker will have his personal diary used as evidence in his upcoming trial, a court heard today (thurs). Charlie Elphicke, 49, is alleged to have assaulted one woman in 2007 and another woman on two occasions, April 27 and May 5, in 2016.
