Mugger pinched copper’s helmet

A teenage mugger who stole a police uniform from an off-duty officer was jailed for three years after the helmet was found under his bed. Bartlomiej Zielnski, 18, with another youth, asked off-duty PC Matt Shacklock if he wanted to buy drugs at Edmonton Green Bus Station in the early hours of 10 January 2020.
