A scandal-hit NHS Trust is facing a fine running into millions of pounds after a mental patient stabbed two nurses while on a rampage in a psychiatric unit, a court heard. Paranoid schizophrenic Myha Grant was admitted to the Bracton Centre, a medium secure unit in Dartford, Kent, in the summer of 2016.
