No driving ban for retired art dealer who drove into elderly couple

  A retired fine art dealer who drove into an elderly couple on a zebra crossing was spared a driving ban today (mon) Keith Humphris, 73, collided with Patrick and Maureen Kehoe after he was ‘blinded by the sun’ on the crossing in Pimlico, central London. The couple, both 84, were treated at the scene by members of the public in Lupus Road before emergency services arrived.
