No driving ban for retired art dealer who drove into elderly couple

  A retired fine art dealer who drove into an elderly couple on a zebra crossing was spared a driving ban today (mon) Keith Humphris, 73, collided with Patrick and Maureen Kehoe after he was ‘blinded by the sun’ on the crossing in Pimlico, central London.
