Nurse accused of manslaughter for failing to remove bin bags woman used to kill herself

An NHS nurse has been accused of manslaughter after he failed to remove the bin bags a patient used to kill herself, a court heard. Benjamin Aninakwa, 52, was manager of an acute psychiatric ward at Goodmayes Hospital, where Alice Figueiredo, 22, died on 7 July 2015.
