Nursery worker charged with 16 offences involving nine girls

A nursery worker has been charged with 15 sexual offences involving nine young girls, a court heard. Vincent Chan, 45, is accused of nine counts of taking an indecent photograph or pseudo-photograph of a child and six counts of outraging public decency.
