Palace intruder wanted Queen’s assistance

A psychiatric patient who tried to break into Buckingham Palace a day after he was let out of hospital was ‘seeking her Majesty’s help’, a court heard. Daniel Sheehan, 22, walked past a distracted guard and clambered over the south gate of the palace after already being kicked out once.
