Judge claims police only use IC codes for black people
A judge has blasted ‘offensive’ police officers for using the code ‘IC3’ to describe black male suspects. Judge Alistair McCreath QC, the Recorder of Westminster, said officers should stop the codes to refer to black people in police reports.
