Pervert was ‘off the radar’

A pervert who touched himself in front of female commuters on tubes across London has been spared jail after going ‘off the radar’ while on probation. Justin McCarthy, 40, admitted six counts of outraging public decency in 2017 after exposing himself to women between February and March that year. He boarded trains and sat near the victims before touching himself inappropriately in front of them. The incidents took at Brent Cross, Oxford Circus, Watford Junction, Morden, Clapham South and Waterloo….
