Refugee faces extradition to Malta for hijacking a tanker

A refugee wanted in Malta for hijacking and diverting a tanker away from returning to war-torn Libya has appeared in court. Koni Tiemoko Abdulkader, 22, is one of three migrants who were arrested after being rescued off the coast of Libya by a ship called El Hiblu 1 on 27 March 2019.
