A perverted GP accused of sexually assaulting female patients under the pretence of checking for breast cancer blamed the NHS for its ‘flawed’ screening process. Dr Manish Shah, 50, attacked his patients at the Mawney Medical Centre, in Romford, Essex between May 2009 and June 2013.
