‘Please come to the UK to stand trial’

A woman accused of involvement in a massive scam on American Express has been ordered to travel to the UK from her home in Tunisia to stand trial. Leila Fawaz, 51, and others are accused of fleecing American Express Services out of large sums of money via a network of defunct companies, between November 2015 and September 2018.
