Dam burst lawyers oppose Brazilian AG’s ‘political’ opinion

Lawyers for Pogust Goodhead have opposed the opinion of the Brazilian Attorney General, calling it political. Last week, the Brazilian Supreme Court issued a ruling that questioned the legality of Pogust Goodhead’s contracts with municipalities in Brazil. The General Attorney then issued a statement in favour of it. But lawyers for Pogust Goodhead claim there was ‘obviously a political context to it’.
