Police hunt for ‘Grenfell fraudster’

An accused Grenfell Tower fraudster is being hunted by police after failing to appear in court. Shaffick Brimer, 49, is accused of dishonestly claiming he lived at the tower to claim cash and accommodation worth £29,404, Brimer, of Western Avenue, Acton, faces one charge of fraud by false representation but an arrest warrant was issued after he failed to appear at Westminster Magistrates’ Court.
