Porsche driver was three times over the limit

A businessman accused of driving his Porsche while three times over the drink drive limit will face trial in August. Chris Comer, 47, was stopped by police on Earls Court Road, Earl’s Court, west London, on 2 May and failed a roadside breath test. A blood test showed the estate developer had 108 microgrammes of alcohol per 100 millilitres of blood while behind the wheel of his black sports car. The legal limit is 35 millilitres.
