Property consultants ‘conned dying witness out of £1m estate’

Two property consultants conned dying actress Claire Gordon into leaving them her entire £1m estate in her will, a court heard. Iain Macmaster, 68, and Morris Benhamu, 41, allegedly convinced Ms Gordon to sign a will when she was ‘not in a fit and proper state’ which would leave all her money to them.
