Quad bike owner saw masked men outside home

The owner of a quad bike stolen by three teenagers accused of murdering PC Andrew Harper reported ‘masked men’ outside his home in a 999 call played to jurors today (thurs). Henry Long, 19, along with Jessie Cole and Albert Bowers, both 18, were spotted by Peter Wallis stealing the £10,000 Honda bike just after 11pm last 15 August.
