RAMADAM: COUNCIL FLAT USED TO GROW 200 CANNABIS PLANTS

DEPTFORD, SE LONDON; A council tenant who allowed his flat to be turned in to a cannabis factory escaped jail today (Fri).

Cypriot Umit Ramadam, 42, let his cousin cram 200 cannabis plants in to th
