Reporter ‘torched Ulez cameras’

A freelance journalist is to stand trial for setting fire to two Ulez cameras. Matthew Houston, 44, appeared in Uxbridge Magistrates court and pleaded not guilty to stealing two Ulez cameras and causing damage to the window of a car.
