A restaurateur and his wife must pay back more than £1.2m after orchestrating a tax scam to pay for their children’s private education. Yong Hong Lu, 52, his wife Huey Jun Khoo, 51, along with Jing Fu, 50, secretly diverted customer payments into bank accounts from Chinese restaurant Bon East in Farnham, Surrey.
