Rocker choked out epileptic

A construction boss who put an epileptic sufferer in a chokehold after a Guns N’ Roses concert has been was spared jail. Louis Allen, 45, grabbed Nickesh Sawyer by the lapels on the escalator at Victoria station in June last year.
