Romanian pair jailed for conning online shoppers in ‘tractor’ scam

  Two members of a Romanian crime gang have been jailed for conning more than £1.2m from online shoppers in a ‘tractor’ scam. Constantin Giba, 24, and Robert Popescu, 36, set up fake adverts for cars, holidays, property rentals, and farm vehicles on legitimate internet classified websites.
