Romanian slashed neighbour’s brake cables

A Romanian man risked his neighbour’s life when he got under her car and slashed the brake cables, a court heard. Paul Sterkaj, 61, had been involved in heated disputes with Chinwe Mbah-Uzobude and took revenge by turning her Honda into a death trap.
