Romanian tried to strip woman in the street

A Romanian mugger tried to tear a woman’s clothes off after pouncing on her in the street, a court heard Ionut Cristea, 27 and Valentin Buga, 19, ran up behind the victim in Staines-upon-Thames and dragged her to the ground on August 7.
