Scientist accused of driving death

A scientist for Public Health England has appeared in court charged with causing a man’s death by dangerous driving. Ibnu Rizwan, 28, was driving a black Volkswagen Polo when he collided with David Joseph Evans in Minories in the City of London last 8 August Mr Evans died from his injuries four days later.
