Sex offender on the loose at University of Westminster

A convicted sex offender slapped two victims’ buttocks in a university canteen, a court heard. Tawanda Zuva, 37, stroked and pinched the leg of a 17-year-old at Westminster University’s student union at lunchtime on 10 February. Later that day he gripped her wrists violently, apologised, then pulled at her dress and pinched and slapped her bottom as she walked away.
