Ex Met doc accused of stalking Emily Thornberry is held in custody

A former Metropolitan Police doctor accused of stalking Labour MP Emily Thornberry has been remanded in custody. Dr Suzanne Lucey, 56, an occupational health physician, denies stalking involving serious harm or distress — the most serious version of the offence. She was arrested after travelling to the Labour Party’s Liverpool conference last September.
