Sham marriage suspects in court

Five women and four men accused of involvement in a sham marriage scam to help immigrants stay in the UK appeared at the Old Bailey today (FRI). Ayaz Khan, 32, Jurgita Pavlovskyte, 24, Diana Stankevic, 25, and Muhammad Saqlain, 32, allegedly arranged ‘marriages of convenience’ between Lithuanian women and non-European men.
