Shock for Tube staff as man flees with his round his ankles

A dangerous offender tried to run out of a Tube station with his trousers around his ankles, a court heard. Turk Hassan Degirmenci, 34, attacked a mother as she travelled on a Piccadilly line train towards Knightsbridge with her 12-year-old daughter on 2 December last year.
