Shrink’s drinks with teenage patient

A forensic psychologist who had a boozy night with a young patient in a hotel has been allowed to stay in the profession. Gina Fearn struck up a relationship with the teenager while working at St Mary’s Kenmure, a secure unit for vulnerable young people in Bishopbriggs, near Glasgow. The pair drove from Glasgow to Preston for a two-night hotel stay, where they drank together in a shared room. But their booze-fuelled antics escalated and hotel staff called the police…
