Ban for social worker who crashed council vehicle

A social worker who rear-ended a car in her council owned vehicle and told the other driver to keep quiet has been thrown out the profession. Clare Wiseman crashed the car leased to her by Hertfordshire County Council into the rear of the other vehicle and then begged them not to tell the police.
