Three profoundly deaf fraudsters who fleeced the taxpayer out of nearly £1million have been jailed for a total of more than 12 years. Paul Neal, 38, Stephen Dering, 39, and Russel Parke, 53, raked in vast sums from the Department of Work and Pensions (DWP) from a series of firms and a registered charity.
