An elderly solicitor accused of flying to Malta to tell a client he was being investigated for money laundering told a court of the ‘trauma’ of being arrested. William Osmond, 69, founder of London firm Osmond and Osmond solicitors, allegedly ‘tipped off’ James Ramsay about the Serious Fraud Office probe.
