Stalker ‘tried to murder GCHQ worker’
A knifeman stalked a female GCHQ worker and tried to stab her to death in a leisure centre car park because she represented ‘the state,’ a court heard. Joshua Bowles, 29, allegedly stabbed the woman at Leisure at Cheltenham in the town’s Tommy Taylor’s Lane at around 9.15pm on 9 March.
