The alleged killer of schoolboy Rikki Neave was a prison inmate when police spoke to him years nearly 11 years later, a court heard today (mon). Six-year-old Rikki was found in woodland in Peterborough, Cambridgeshire, in November 1994, after he was strangled, stripped naked and left in a ‘star pose’.
