Teacher who assaulted pupils at top school is definitely dead

A former Dulwich College music teacher who assaulted two pupils during piano lessons was formally declared dead in court today (weds). Martin Ball, 89, touched the boys’ chests, their backs and their groins over their clothes in a series of assaults dating back to the 1980s. When one of the victims complained to the prestigious school’s Head of Music he was told to get out of his room, Southwark Crown Court heard. Ball denied but was convicted of 11 charges…
