Teenage terrorist Muhammad Billal faces jail for plotting ‘crowded place’ attack
A teenager was preparing a terrorist attack when he researched ‘shooting ranges, ammunition vests, and crowded places’ on his iPhone, a court heard. Muhammad Billal, 18, who lived with his parents in Nelson, Lancashire, was arrested on 11 February after an investigation by counter terrorism police.
