Teenager ‘plotted synagogue attack’

A teenager accused of possessing a note detailing a plan to attack a Brighton synagogue will face trial in April. Mason Reynolds, 18, was motivated by ‘extreme right-wing ideology’ when he was caught with the plans concerning Holland Road Synagogue in Hove. He appeared at the Old Bailey today (fri) via video link from HMP Lewes and denied possessing an article for the purposes of terrorism. Reynolds was arrested on 27 June.
