Teenager tried to kill commuter when he failed to steal mobile

A teenage mugger tried to kill a young woman by pushing her on to railway tracks 14 seconds before the train arrived at the station, a court heard. The 16 year-old boy, who cannot be named, was captured on CCTV shoving 19 year-old Chloe Forgie off the platform after failing to steal her mobile phone, it is claimed.
