Terror suspect accused of murder of Sir David Amess makes first Old Bailey appearance

The terror suspect accused of murdering Conservative MP Sir David Amess appeared in a crown court for the first time today (fri). Ali Harbi Ali, 25, allegedly stabbed Sir David, who represented Southend West since May 1997 until his death, at a constituency surgery at Belfairs Methodist Church in Leigh-on-Sea, Essex, last Friday (15).
